I’m curious about whether there's any point in pursuing a career in real estate investment banking, especially when it seems like so many REPE shops are actively recruiting straight out of college. Is the traditional IB route worth it given the direct pipeline into REPE, or do you think the experience in investment banking still offers significant advantages in the long run?
