When does JEF pay bonuses for Analysts? Is it the same as Asso/VPs so december or earlier (like the above poster said august/september for example?) Just curious if I should expect a stub bonus or a full year bonus if im starting in january as an A1

Bonuses projected to be ~80-90 for mid bucket An1 going forward, ~110 mid bucket An2. Again, purely estimates, but this is reasonable given previous years and the recent base pay bump. This is also accounts for the absolute tear that JEF has been going on, with massive growth which should translate towards good bonuses.

Fingers crossed not just for these analysts but all analysts at banks which have outperformed this past year. It's put a toll on literally everyone involved and despite the pay raises, it would behoove the banks to make sure folks are paid out well. It's really an employees market in banking right now
