Anecdotally had a friend last year who was choosing between WF and Jef and took Jef, even though the Wells 5k signing bonus made him think lol. Think you'll get more experience at Jef but WF seems like it has a really good balance of solid experience + better wlb. So it depends on what you're looking for I guess

 

He signed the internship offer for Summer 2026 this time last year so he hasn't started yet

 

Current An2 at WF — I will just say: we are paid very well. Hours are great across firm (for the most part). Best of it all, though, is the culture. Some of the other analysts are also my best friends outside the office. Seniors are chill and will randomly take us out to steakhouses or drinks. My roommate at JPM can't fathom it lmao. Ultimately, it's your choice. Personally, I look for best culture fit—you come to realize how much that matters. 

 

Seems like Roths is being underrated here, or is it really the case that JEF and WF beat them out in the US?
