Anecdotally had a friend last year who was choosing between WF and Jef and took Jef, even though the Wells 5k signing bonus made him think lol. Think you'll get more experience at Jef but WF seems like it has a really good balance of solid experience + better wlb. So it depends on what you're looking for I guess
Current An2 at WF — I will just say: we are paid very well. Hours are great across firm (for the most part). Best of it all, though, is the culture. Some of the other analysts are also my best friends outside the office. Seniors are chill and will randomly take us out to steakhouses or drinks. My roommate at JPM can't fathom it lmao. Ultimately, it's your choice. Personally, I look for best culture fit—you come to realize how much that matters.

U got offers there already?
Is Jeff group decided already or no? If a solid group then go there, otherwise WF
What groups in Jeff are solid?
No clue tbh, Im assuming top Jeff groups > average WF group, and top WF group > average Jeff group.
Healthcare, LevFin, Energy

How's he liking at at Jef?
He signed the internship offer for Summer 2026 this time last year so he hasn't started yet
Everyone here seems to be saying wells or jeff, why no roth?
What group are you interested in?
I'd go for wells. growing platform, sick office, interns get signing bonus + OT pay, decent enough exits

Which group do you work in?
Seems like Roths is being underrated here, or is it really the case that JEF and WF beat them out in the US?
do you already have offers from these three places?

JEF > WF > Roth
