Debating taking the promote but don’t think I want to stay through the full year, just want to see some deals through to the finish line. Would there be clawbacks if I signed the Associate 0 offer and then left 6 months later? Do associate 0’s get a stub bonus in January or would I just lose my bonus entirely if I left before August?
