Jefferies London off-cycle

Does anyone know the timeline of the process? Are ACs out? Which groups are they recruiting for?

I know so far that Off-Cycle is supposed to start late January, thus I allege the interviews should be held soon

Think they have finished the "AC" and have set up the talent pool. The resumes will be further passed to different groups and wait for them to select. Not really sure how this will work, really weird.

Apparently now the team selects who to interview and then they schedule interviews with the team. It’s so weird that they went through the whole AC process, etc only to not even know if the team really wants to hire them. Kinda annoying. I think it will be 2 more weeks till we hear back.

Heard back saying no matches yet. Will contact if anything changes. Not sure what it means - I guess dinged. A little frustrated with the whole process. Why go through the effort of interviewing if there is no matching team?
