Jefferies Phone Interview SA 2015
I had a phone interview with Jefferies last week, and my interviewer told me I am going to hear from HR about the result this week. I did not get any phone calls or emails from HR. Did anyone hear back?
i haven't. its coming out this week for sure though. i don't think i got it,
superday invites went out today at 4pm ET. I received one and so did a couple other people I know.
that's a bummer. HR told me that they're still finalizing this week ( just emailed them). sigh.
were you at a target ?
Yes, I am from a non-target and I also had an employee referral. Any feedback on what Jefferies superday is like, I would really appreciate it.
Had superday last year at Jefferies. Got asked what PIK interests are and the difference between AFS, trading and minority interests were and how they affected the 3 financial statements. Also were asked distressed situations and basic lbo questions
Were invites received through email or website?
Got superday as well. Seriously, where are we supposed to study all these random ass technical questions?
Were you guys all for IB or S&T?
I interviewed for IB, and that's what my superday is for. I think the post about pik, trading, etc is for S&T superday.

Could any of you speak on what your phone interview was like? Leave of difficulty? Types of questions? Curveballs?
