Joining IB team at BB as 2nd Year Associate in 2 months.. No IB experience.. How should I prep?

as title says i have 2 months notice period to learn everything to convince the team that ive been doing IB (capital markets, advisory, corporate finance, M&A, etc) for a few years.

currently in MO at a MM bank doing accounting but i will probably learn modelling and powerpoint sh1t in the next months.

How in the world did you get hired if you don’t have the needed experience? It’s honestly their fault they hired you if you don’t know what’s going on.
