According to HR:

1) Apply once applications come out (apparently that's end of June or early July) 2) You will be sent a pymetrics test to take 3) If you get through that screen, there's a Hireview 4) If you get through that, there's a superday. I've heard they're pretty easy on technicals compared similar firms and EBs

Before the pandemic, their plan was to start interviews in July and roll them on through the Fall. Not sure if they're still doing that exact timeline since they might be taking fewer people for 2021. It's crazy how different they run from other firms like Citi that have been done since April but JPM has really been trying to distance themselves from the try hard ivy grad banker stereotype.

Despite being a powerhouse they definitely recruit differently than any other bank
