Just received a HireVue for the markets analyst position and was curious as to what kind of questions to expect during the HireVue. I'm not sure how much weight they put towards the HireVue, but any help would be much appreciated.

I have a phone interview for markets at JP Morgan tomorrow. Has anyone here done one of these before? If yes is the interview more technical or behavioral? Also is this just a phone check before superday invites are sent out?
