JP Morgan Proud to Be 2021

Just got an invite for the JPMC Proud to Be Undergrad Virtual Experience. From what I've seen in previous threads about this program, it seems like most people first get interviewed and then get into the program and then potentially get a superday after the program? However, I didn't get an interview before this invite so I'm a bit confused as to if this is the same program as before and if the benefits (fast track to Superday) are the same?

Is this HireVue done shortly after the event? Because what I saw from previous year's process was that people applied to the event, got a Hirevue, and then based on that, got accepted into the event. But I didn't have a HireVue so I'm guessing it'd be done after the event?

I'm also a bit confused because the application deadline is this weekend but I'm already accepted?

Just because you got into the PTB program doesn't mean you're already being "considered" for the IB or whatever divisional-program you want to get an interview for. The second application is the official one you need to submit to the actual SA program you want to be considered for (IB, S&T, etc.)

can i just pretend im lgtbq since there are no first gen program

I'll never understand why people ask these questions to people who are actually lgbtq
