Just received pymetrics. Submitted at 10:00pm yesterday (Sunday), received at about 1am. S&T Sales.
American citizen at Semi-target international. Target exchange. No prior experience in IB.
Anyone taken the pymetrics? I am waiting until morning after my coffee. How did it go for you? How long did it take to receive a Hirevue?
Pymetrics is literally a bunch of games. It's easy and you can't really prep for it just think about what you're doing when playing the games. You will receive the hirevue right after you complete the pymetrics.
Does anyone remember the name of the recruiter that spoke in the hirevue video clip?

I had two hirevue interview in last 8 months for markets role based in London. One was analyst program and recent one is offcycle internship. I never received a pymetrics before a hirevue.

Yes. Study in the U.K. but U.S citizen. Received pymetrics and hirevue almost immediately after submission of the application.
Is pymetrics selective or is anyone getting it now?

As comes up every year when people start begging for HireVue questions- if you can't think on your feet well enough to do a virtual interview with two tries where they ask complete softball questions, how do you possibly think you will be able to handle a super day when you are getting continuously drilled on technicals for 30+ mins? Also, knowing the interview question beforehand will probably just end up hurting you because you'll try to memorize an answer and will come across as robotic and weird. Just grow a pair of testicles, click the HireVue link, click start, and answer the question like a normal person.
Just finished the Pymetrics. Messed up on one(keyboard glitch/butterfingers). It wasn't that bad but i really hope it's not the determining factor if i get a hirevue or not.
Does anyone know what they look for or how it's weighed for the pymetrics game in terms of those 9 traits?
