Does anybody know when base is increased for analysts. I understand AN1 is 110. Is it increased to 125 in the following summer or in 1.5 years

JPM on winter cycle now, so in 1.5 years
In Jan-27 but nobody knows the number as it is the first class with this cycle
Thank you. May I ask what your source is? I’m considering a lateral move from MM but I would be reset to AN1. A different commenter said it would be 1.5 years, so 2028 Jan.
Sorry there was a misunderstanding but basically you join in summer and do 1.5 years as an1, then 1 year as an2, then promote.
What I am saying is we are yet to see what the salary will be for an2 under this new regime given that the first cohort (2025 intake) will get it in January 2027

First bonus will be stub at 6 mos and the “full year bonus” will be at 18 mos
