JPM CCBSI HireVue
Has anyone received this hirevue? I just received this hirevue today, and am curious as to what to expect. I’ve heard these guys train with the IBD guys, and also do a lot of corporate banking work.
This sounds like a dream job - would love to know if anyone can chime in on what to expect as far as interviewing for this role.
Got the hirevue today to, no idea what to expect, but from previous threads it sounds like it should be almost entirely fit.
If anyone would like to volunteer what specific info you should know for commercial banking technical questions that would be great. (obviously credit analysis, but anything else?)
Also CCBSI stands for Commercial Client Banking Special Industries in case anyone was wondering.

The hirevue was a lot more technical than other JP Morgan interviews
Just be aware it isn't by any means an easy route into IB at JP. The bad thing is CCBSI is well known as the IB's little red-head cousin in the sense that they get overworked and are looked down upon and laughed at by the IB.
They're sort of at an interesting place but great place to be if you wanna do corporate banking IMO
Curious as to why that’s the case. Feel like corporate banking is usually viewed as equally respectable, if somewhat less prestigious and lucrative than IB.
Anyone know the recruiting timeline ?
