Can't speak about culture but for exit definitely JPM. Group matter less that prestige plus FiG guys are particularly appreciated by HF (at least in Europe)

Can’t go wrong with either (I imagine both are sweaty) but personally I would take Moelis but I don’t just find fig interesting but if that’s your thing go for it

If you’re not that into fig I would say Moelis. Fig is a pretty niche thing to cover and if you don’t really enjoy it I don’t see the point. The only reason you would do it is for the JPM brand name on your resume but personally not a reason I would take a job
