nope they said 7-10 business days. also i have no clue whether it's the first nd sd

How was it? Were the questions very technical and how many people did you speak with?

it was aight - not very technical though you should know your way around a dcf

3x25 min interviews all with VP+

I did one of their first diversity superdays and I was the only person out of ~8 to get an offer. They have A LOT of people to interview this year since everyone cut down headcount and recruiting was a crapfest.

That being said, offer rate for first/second rounds of superdays typically ranges from 20-30% compared to the 5-10% that you see in later rounds.

If you want to try to reason it out that way then sure. However, they’ve already held like 6-7 diversity superdays and filled ~30 spots rounded up. They have the power to hold superdays every day if they want and it’s likely that they’ll hold more than 10 superdays if they really like a lot of candidates.

In a diversity superday you’d expect them to have a 30-40% offer rate (that’s pretty standard) but as I’ve just mentioned, I was the only person out of 8 that they took in my superday group.

At the end of the day, it’s typical that they place 25-30% per superday near the beginning and 5-10% near the end as they hold superdays for 20+ people with 1-2 spots to fill.

Don’t worry so much about percentages and likelihoods - worry about being personable and likable in the superday, then leave everything to their discretion.

You need to stop worrying. From you past posts it seems like you weren't even a part of this Superday so why are you wondering about the offers? Calm down and focus on yourself and what you can control.
