JPM SA 2021 Accelerated
Hey Guys,
I was apart of the Sophomore Edge program and just completed the survey/application they sent out for accelerated interviews. I was wondering if anyone has any insight on how this process was ran in previous years and what the rate of offers will be for the program participants? I couldn't find a thread on JPM recruiting, so I decided to make this one.
Last year was 1. What does financial services mean to you? 2. Why do you want to work at J.P. Morgan?

You know how Hirevue has that dotted line for where you should be on the screen? if I accidentally moved around beyond that dotted when recording my answer. will the algorithm ding me for that?

cool – thanks Also.... many people say that JPM doesn't regard referrals but in the form it asked if you were referred by a current employee and to provide their email & title (as well as to let them know your listing them). This seems to point to otherwise?
