Spoke to a couple ED's, VP's and analysts. Seems like JPM is straying away from networking recruiting and is more HR automated which really sucks. 

 

Accepted offer at JPM for this summer. Referrals still do matter, I networked to get my super day. Every candidates does a hirevue, you need to bypass the filter and a referral is one way to do that from a non target. For other BBs a referral is a guaranteed first round interview but for JPM it’s not certain but at least makes sure that your hirevue will actually be looked at and graded
