Any info would be greatly appreciated regarding KeyBank's REIB team in Boston. Culture / lifestyle / job security / pay? I got contacted for an intro call with a recruiter but would like to know more.
For context, I just finished my 2nd-year as a CRE analyst at a regional bank (traditional CRE bank lending, not IB). I would consider the jump into IB for the right situation but haven't read the most positive news on KeyBank here on WSO.
