What is everyone's opinion on IB at Duff & Phelps? Are they becoming a decent player in the middle market M&A space? Any insight into comp and overall culture?

Seen a few of their analysts exit to bulge brackets and top-tier MM banks. Don’t think their exits to PE are great however
Former valuation analyst at Kroll that tried to network internally. I was told to shoot for better firms if that means anything.
