Lateral Networking Advice
Hi guys, hope everyone is having a great holiday season. For context -- I am a non-target school, second year analyst at a boutique Investment Bank. I am looking to lateral to a MM or BB depending on the group. I would really appreciate some advice on the networking side of the lateral process. The only individuals I seem to get answers from are those from the same non-target school as myself. Has anyone had the same trouble navigating this process? If so, how did you overcome this?
