Lateral Offer HELP: Help Me Decide Where to go

Monkeys,

I have received lateral offers / currently in the recruiting pipeline for the below firms. Assuming I convert the remaining two, would appreciate any insight into how you would rank them if my priorities are exit opps and deal flow. I am pretty industry/geography agnostic and don't plan to stay in banking long-term. Really looking to pick a group that will maximize my exit opps by giving me the best transactional experience I can get. Any help/color is appreciated. Thank you.

Have verbal offers:

- UBS TMT (NY/SF)

- JPM Tech (SF)

- GS Cross Markets (NY)

Still in the recruiting process (hard to say prob of success, anywhere from 30-50%):

- MS Tech (Menlo Park)

- MS Industrials / Sponsors (SF)

- CS Industrials (NY)

MS Tech if you get it for sure, otherwise JPM Tech is very good. Don't know too much about UBS TMT. Would immediately cut GS Cross Markets unless you abruptly decide you absolutely NEED to be in NY, but otherwise axe em. This group is fine but it absolutely =/= normal GS groups.

Dayman?

congrats on the offers

those are some crazy good results

how much did u rely on networking?

With the three offers, go with JPM. UBS TMT (especially SF Tech) has been losing a lot of bodies. Dont get me wrong - the group is very strong compared to rest of UBS and primarily does sponsor sell-sides, but I think also because of that, analysts are able to leverage good transaction exposure and jump to more prestigious tech groups.
