From a boutique (GHL, HL, Roths, etc) is Jefferies worth it?
Assume going to a top 3 group at JEF, but a bit skeptical given some facts about the firm. I’m keeping the assumption that culture will be worse and comp will be lower (given recent years), but deal size and closing rate will be much higher, especially with Jefferies growing so fast.
