law student - informational interview with BB.. what should I expect?
I'm at a top law school and I applied for a BB. I was contacted for an informational interview. What do I expect? Will I be tested on my financial literacy?
Also, I don't have a finance background. I know the basics of IBD interview questions (like walking through a financial statement) but otherwise, I don't know any modeling or advanced topics. Will this be an issue? I'm obviously prepping but will I have enough time to be ready for the final rounds (if I make it that far)?
What sorts of questions should I be asking? I've been preparing for legal recruiting this entire time so this will be a change of pace...
bump ... interested as well ... I'm basically in the same situation as you (engineering background), I think you should definetly be prepared for the technical part, you never know, if you ever get technical questions and answer well most of teh questions, that will only show your motivation and impress them .. that's the way I see it .. Is this for a full-time job by the way ?
