Does anyone have any insights into this group? I've heard they have some strong relationships and don't pitch a lot. Looking for any feedback on culture, hours, comp, etc.

The group head is great. Old guy, but he cares a lot and is well past retirement age but stays in IB because he really likes it. He was also one of the founders of GHL.
