Does this give you a first round or a SD?
Pretty sure it almost guarantees a first-round. None of the diversity programs at the banks guarantee an SD without a first-round first, from what I have seen and the programs I am in.
In my experience, Goldman’s program guaranteed a SD last year to their top candidates. JPM’s guaranteed a SD to everyone who was accepted (but they also did like 50+ superdays and only accepted 1-2 people out of 20+ each superday).
I didn’t apply to most other diversity programs but I’m fairly certain that a lot actually guarantee a superday, not just a first round.
