Lazard SF Tech?

Anyone got insights on the group in terms of culture, exits, compensation, and deal flow? I'm aware they are doing a lot of strategy advisory assignments for large cap tech companies (Google, IBM), but unclear how it compares to other EBs in the west coast (e.g., EVR, CVP)

A good tech shop, in line with other non-Q EBs (like EVR, CVP or MOE). Deal flow tilts towards advising large tech companies (IBM, Google) on tech M&As with a mix of consulting / strategy like work. Overall exits are awesome if you're targeting tech-focused UMM / MF stints (recent extis to Silver Lake, Thoma Bravo, Vista, Hg, and more).
