Is anyone on Lazard VGB team or have some insight into the group? I have an interview for a lateral role in NYC and cannot find too much on the group, seems to be relatively new and Europe dominated.

Interviewed and feel like the team is fairly self-explanatory, doing mostly cap raises in early-stage companies in markets like renewables and tech. A bunch of the team are transfers from TMT teams. Culture seemed a lot better than other groups (esp. in Ldn) but don't know much more than that. They have a flagship event in Europe (believe called T500?) which takes a lot of planning etc.; wouldn't say a core focus of the group but definitely a big element.
