LBO Management Option Pool
Hello, what does it mean in an LBO case context if options are "struck at the money" / and "equivalent to 10% of the fully converted outstanding shares" - trying to model this correctly. Would this mean with e.g. 10% option pool, that strike would be 10% * (1-10%) * the entry equity?
