Leadership/Extracurricular Activites Resume Section

Confused about what is more impressive on a resume in the leadership/extracurricular section. Would recruiters or hiring managers find it more impressive that you got into a highly selective insight program at a BB/EB, or that you are involved on-campus by being in a few clubs/organizations? I only have the space to include one of these and am leaning towards adding the insight programs, however, I do not want recruiters/hiring managers thinking I am not involved on-campus. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance.

For me, leadership and ECs were organizations on campus. I would put the insight program into relevant professional experience (I am sure people have different views on this). Also what is taking up the rest of your resume? I would definitely look to add some on campus organizations to demonstrate leadership and involvement
