Leave Corp Banking at BB for Boutique IB?
Currently a first year Corporate Banking analyst at a BB. Not loving this side of banking, so i have thrown my resume at some boutique IB jobs and recently interviewed and got an offer at one shop. IB was what I wanted to do out of college but couldn’t land a spot anywhere. Does it make sense to bail on my current job for a regional boutique IB analyst job or stay in CB for a year or two and potentially lateral to a bigger name shop once I have more experience? Pay at the boutique is comparable to my current job.

I'd say make the jump. It doesn't make sense to stay in a job you don't want to do when you have the option of working in a job you want to do.
Wait until you are past year 1. You should be able to lateral to a reputable MM
