Letter of Rec FT Recruiting?
Hello all,
I had a phenomenal junior SA this past summer and unfortuntely did not secure a RO, however, I recieved a glowing recommendation from my manager and was wondering how this can be leveraged for FT recruiting? Would I send this in an application, after 1st round, or after SD (to vp or point of contact)? Would this come off as too desperate if I send without them asking for it?
Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

Same position as you. Have done a couple of SDs and some have asked about return offer some haven’t. I’ve said “happy to follow up with a rec letter from manager” when I’m asked about return but often times they says it’s fine cuz so many kids didn’t get returns this summer
I wouldn’t put it in their face if you’re not asked about return offer
