It is a little different. You may be working on sponsor deals and will learn about credit analysis. You will also look at salesforce memos, offering memorandums, credit agreements, and covenant comps for ABLs, lev loans, high yield bonds, and perhaps even DIPs. Leveraged Finance is a great place to be at a bank and has a steep learning curve (like some other groups).
