Given Lincoln’s near 100% conversion rate, I’m surprised they didn’t go with FT offers. Cool of them to pay for the full 10 weeks though. Seems like a place that treats its people well.
Nice, seems like a great culture plus they've been doing well in the MM space pre-COVID. I imagine FT conversion should be reasonably achievable based on past SA experiences.
