LionTree SF - Reputation/Exit Opps

Lots of threads on LionTree recently, not much on the SF office. Could anyone provide insight into the quality of transactions/experience at LionTree’s SF office, as well as it’s ranking within the SF tech space (compared to other boutiques/EBs), and exit opps. The group is relatively small 15-20 people, growing, and has poached BB & MM group heads. Also, the group focuses solely on tech, rather than media & comms. Thanks!

What is this leading question? Must be a LionTree intern setting up for some positive comments lolz

The most I can tell you is that the group is small and in addition to tech they also focus on video games. For exit opps, most people go to MMF so it's not bad but I can only tell you about reputation as a whole, not specific to SF. Best advice: When applying from LionTree, stay in TMT because very few people outside recognize the name.

Any insights in hours and culture of team? How are teams staffed/size?

One of the better boutiques in SF. Similar to DBO Partners. Lean team, growing, solid exit opps, high comp, focus on tech. Source: summered.
