Current 2nd year (non target) at a small LMM in NYC, looking to lateral after bonus. Anyone been in that situation before that can talk more about their recruiting process? MDs are super toxic and can’t stand the culture anymore. It’s not extremely sweaty which is nice, but I’m worried if I stay another year that my exit opportunities will continue to dwindle.
