I am currently in undergrad, looking for locations to intern/gain employment, however, my fiancé does not want to live in a large city like NYC, Chicago, etc. Are there any medium-sized cities with BB banks that offer investment banking?

Guess it depends how large you're talking. Most of the opportunities are in large cities especially with the BB banks. Smallest city that seems to fit your criteria I can think of is Charlotte which is still a top 20 city in the USA...
