London A1 Signing Bonus 2023?

Not familiar with how compensation works in London but am recruiting there. Would anyone know if banks offer signing bonuses for 2023 new analysts and how much you can expect? Also, what is average base and bonus for new analysts in BB IB in the city? Thanks!

Is London comp generally low relative to USA? Firms in the US pay 20-30k for sign ons, especially at EBs

Global comp is low relative to the U.S. Usually the real comp adjusted for COL evens out, but I am not sure this is the case for London anymore.
