London BB/EB COMP tier list

Tier 1a: CVP

Tier 1b: PJT

Tier 1c:  EVR, GS, BAML, PWP, CITI, JPM

Tier 2: Laz, Roths, Barclays, MS

Tier 3: Greenhill, Moelis, DB

Tier 4: UBS (obviously just for now, probably Tier 2 soon)

source: myself + friends + wso. Accurate for analysts atleast.

Historically they haven't paid terribly + a good outlook for their M&A business in the UK/Europe. They have been already doing fairly well this year, and given that their new senior hires from Barclays+CS are now ramping up, it's likely that trend will only accelerate.

Another one of these fucking ranking...

Anyway, put EVR a tier below and could place Jeff in 1b (70k base apparently)

Jeff upgrade or even presence in this list wouldn't make sense considering: 1. same base as evr, 2. lower bonuses than evr, 3. structure of Jeff is too unique to be classified as an 'eb'. if it was in this list, it would be tier 2 for pay.

Lol I appreciate you guys hyping up PJT but lol feel like the forum is blowing PJT a little bit out of porportion..... Pay is literally comparable across PWP and PJT.

Source: I work at PJT and have friends at PWP...
