Career Resources
Full list covered by Darmouth that I can think of for undergraduate recruiting:
Qatalyst
Raymond James
DC Advisory
Fenchurch Advisory
Rede Partners (non-IB)
Rokos Capital Management (non-IB)
Campbell Lutyens (non-IB)
Ares Management (non-IB)
Any info on comp for Fenchurch & DC? Also, does DC Advisory sponsor visas?
DC AN1 base is £65k (£75k for infra team). No clue on Fenchurch or visa sponsorships
Bump on Fenchurch comp
Can add also that they've lost a good few MM IB mandates as well.
Very disappointed they got the Qatalyst mandate, they also do the LSE AIC one which is annoying.
Do you happen to know who they've lost by any chance? Doesn't surprise me.
If I remember correctly, Alantra comes to mind according to previous threads.
I think HPS used to be Dartmouth as well? Can’t confirm the second one though
Does Alantra sponsor visas?
Why do people asking questions about visa sponsorship crawl out of the woodworks every time a bank is mentioned?
WE DON'T KNOW
Alantra is done internally and HPS did their summers via SEO this year
PWP too
Cover Millennium too
For their MO summers and FO/investing grad stuff
MO Summers are now handled internally. FO Grad still with DP.
Happy to see Dartmouth falling off, they rejected many based off terrible reasons (such as and I as close to what I can remember quote from my own feedback call "You were fantastic, gave great answers but we decided to choose another candidate because of reasons that were outside of your control, I am sure you will do well in your other applications!" like what kind of feedback even is that... and some interviewers had a particular bias (current applicants all know who I am on about)...
What's the bias?
diversity and oxbridge i think
What kind of answers would thety have that would be directly relevant to the job?
Do they happen to have any ex–banking/consulting guys among them?
No they're staffed purely by humanities graduates and the like
Anyone got information how CVP handles intern and FT hiring?
As I hear that they are becoming open to Imperial & UCL—does that mean that they have begun to sponsor visas for interns?
Went through the process in London and at no point did they ask about visa sponsorship. Think they do sponsor.
