London IB Sr. Associate (GS/JPM/MS) – Exit Options?

Hey all – looking for some perspective on exit opps in London.

Background:
- Senior Associate in IB at GS/JPM/MS (Power, Utilities & Infra, London)
- On a work visa (non-EU/UK), no European language skills
- Non-target undergrad / MBA
- If it concerns, 30+ years old (had a few years of prior work experience pre-MBA)

The current role itself is fine, but I’m starting to think about what the realistic options look like from here. The common paths I see discussed (PE / HF / Corp Dev / Corp Strat) often seem tougher to break into, especially given the visa + language constraints.

The question is simple: given my profile, what are the practical exit opportunities in London (PE / infra / credit / HF / Corp Dev / Corp Strat / other)?

Also, I might get permanent residency (I.e. no more needing sponsorship) a month after I turn VP, but the exit opportunities might be further limited at that stage.

Curious to hear what people have actually seen for folks in a similar situation, and whether sticking it out in banking is the most realistic path.

Thanks in advance.
