I might be looking.  I'll have to check if my place's 'no subletting' rule involves roommates.

No amenities, besides what's in the apartment.  That's an 85" TV, cable & all the streaming stuff except Netflix & Hulu, good sized living room, and decent kitchen with DW, laundry in the basement. 1ba  for both bedrooms. 12'x15' corner room, with great 10th+ floor views in a place where you can't build above 8 stories now. (plus tons of closet space) $2k/mo all inclusive I guess? (furnished, including your own 55" TV)  15 min from midtown.  Would you be interested enough for me to put out feelers with the co-op board?

Oh, and I have the nicest/cutest small 10lb dog.  She's going to insist on belly-rubs.

The only difference between Asset Management and Investment Research is assets. I generally see somebody I know on TV on Bloomberg/CNBC etc. once or twice a week. This sounds cool, until I remind myself that I see somebody I know on ESPN five days a week.

This is an honest mid-century floorplan.  The appraiser looked at the place and put down 75 sqft larger than the floorplan's net total: image-20250124035611-1

Is this available in May? what neighborhood?

I'm not sure it's available at all.  It's the other bedroom in the place I own, but the co-op is really strict, so how do you feel about telling them that we're dating?

South end of Astoria/north end of LIC, 5 min walk from the Broadway N/W stop, about 15 min from  the Steinway R and 21st F (don't do that it's sketchy) or 20 min walk from Queensboro Plaza.
