Looking for insights on financial modelling + AI

I'm working on a capstone/ final year project for university where my team and I are trying to build an AI co-pilot which his fine tuned for building financial models like DCF's and LBO's. We're early in the stage of building out the tech and one roadblock we're hitting is that our team has only so much industry experience in working as analysts who live and breathe these financial models.
