M. Klein Reputation and Exits

I know they are done recruiting for SA 2022 but have seen them around quite a bit and would like to know their reputation on Wall Street/how they stack up against BBs and EBs. What exit ops do analysts get from M. Klein and what's their reputation among PE firms/headhunters?

Solid reputation from what I know. Obv new firm but reputable banker. My friend did 2 years there and now Ares PE LA

Did the head guy go to bat for your friend or how did he manage that? Feel like most headhunters wouldnt know of the place given its so small

I don’t know if I spoke to him recently but I recall that when he was being recruited by Michael, he may have been told that they were supportive and would be helpful

Agreed same here. I was contacted by a headhunter and was surprised to even have a first round as a lateral. They go all the way to stay low key with the mystique just like Allen & Co.
