M&A Insurance
Had a recruiter reach out about a position at a company that does M&A deal insurance for PE firms, Banks, and Corp Dev teams. Anyone have any insight into that industry? Seems interesting and presented as deal work where we would analyze the deal and figure out what premiums and such would be. Recruiter seemed pretty adamant about exit ops being great. Anyone have any insight? Thanks in advance
Did you ask any specifics about exit ops? You wouldn't learn enough relevant skills to move to PE, if that's what you thought they were implying.
Google Mercer and AON M&A insurance. There’s virtually no exit to PE. This is more of a legal role than anything else.
thanks for the responses. I was more thinking exit to banking
