Trust me, I have accidentally been sent all sorts of sensitive information. I have accidentally sent a few things early in my career as well. My advice for when you're moving fast is delete all to/cc etc. while you're drafting the email so you can't accidentally send something before you have triple checked everything. I'm sure it will be ok, try not to freak out too much.
