Major in Finance & accounting + CFA® or Major in Applied Statistics + CFA?

Hi guys,

This year I have to decide between keep studying my actual degree or switching from Applied Statistics to Finance & Accounting. I'm finishing the first year right now.

Whatever I'm going to choose I'm going to complement it with CFA®, however I won't be able to do the exams until two years later.

My main objective is to pursue a job in the finance world, specially in iBanking as an analyst, researcher, PM..., it's really what I like most.

Im studying in Spain and well as you know the economy here is not in it's best moments, specially to find a job, any kind of job, if getting a finance job is hard in other countries...just imagine here.
So the idea is leaving my country by the time I finish my degree here in order to find a job somewhere else.

My options are:

1) Changing to Finance & Accounting , a big part of the study plan is very related with the CFA content, the degree can be whole taken in English. Great and young university, the most prestige one in Spain in the Economics area, but less known outside of Spain. (UNIVERSITY CHARLES III OF MADRID)

2) Keep studying applied statistics, strong component in computer programming, with a minor in maths and almost none content in finance or accounting. The university I'm studying this degree is the best known outside of Spain, it is always ranked first among the spanish universities in the world best universities rankings. However the prestige in Spain is getting latelly worse and worse. Anyway, I'm pretty good at computer programming and maths as well, but it is not what I want to do in a future (unless it is related to the finance world (quants)). (COMPLUTENSE UNIVERSITY OF MADRID)

3) Im chinese but i was born here in Spain, so I speak spanish and chinese fluently, my parents want me to stop studying and continue with the family business, import & export, they say Im going to earn more money doing this instead of finishing a degree. Maybe they are right..., however is it better to be working in something which gives you a lot money or is it better to be working in something you like?

The question is, what is my best choice in order to get more chances to get into the finance world outside of Spain? or maybe leaving the studies is my best bet?

Thank you very much. I appreciate your help.
