Mass Exodus of Senior Credit Suisse Bankers—What is the future outlook for the firm?

This is crazy, they’re losing some of their top guys-10 MDs in total, including their main Media&Telecom guy. Does this indicate the firm is headed towards a UBS/DB trajectory? The next 6 months will be crucial for US IB outlook for the firm
UBS tech first now this. Rich get richer
Have heard that the CS FIG team in particular has seen 2-3 senior bankers leave for other banks (2 went to Barclays). Interested to hear more about the CS FIG team.
They were borderline in the Bofa/Citi/Barclays grouping but I’d say this solidifies them as a step or two below. Those two were the rainmakers for the group
Also curious to hear about people’s thoughts on how this may affect the brand/strength of their product groups
Barclays has picked up 2 additional bankers in TMT practice on top of FIG bankers, seems like franchise continues to get stronger ..
I could see CS becoming like UBS, but not as low as DB (that would be a gigantic drop).
Bro stfu DB>UBS, look at league tables
Look at size too... ubs pulling way more deals per head / size compared to db. Don’t forget that UBS was forced to axe a lot of it’s bank in 09 and has only grown marginally in terms of headcount since then.
