I’m starting to see a lot of posts complaining about how elitist most people in banking are. Although I still have no idea how we get paid more than pretty much any job ACTUALLY driving innovation and creating value, it still seems to be the de facto place to start your quest for mo money & mo power🤌
Is it so bad that a brotha wants to be one of the Masters of the Universe like Zaddy Dimon or DJ Solomon? Why would I want to actually use my STEM major to generate real value - to the gain of all the degenerate monkeys in IB - when I can just piggy back too?
