Masters in Finance Student, Will I actually place?

Hi everyone, I am looking for real feedback and some potential advice. I went to a non-target UG school in the south, 3.7 GPA, and I studied Accounting. I had 4 internships: 2 Spring internships at a local Tax Firm, Sophomore Summer at Big 4 Tech Risk Consulting, and Junior Summer in CRE at a well-known lower-tier BB. I am attending one of the strongest MSF programs with great IB placement >30%. I am aiming for MM in DMV, CLT or Chi, but still open to any big city tbh.

I want to know:

With this background, is there a strong likelihood that I will place ?

I have had 30+ coffee chats, aiming to have 60-70 before the summer is over. How do I actually turn these chats into referrals and land interviews?

How do I go about naturally having a second chat with these people to really form a genuine connection?

I have been studying the 400 IB Guide and WSP Foundation Training. What more can I do to really know my technicals and feel confident conceptually?

How significant are my Excel skills and my ability to articulate them during interviews?

When people say "case study" during an interview wth is that? I have done them for consulting, but I don't get what counts as an IB Case study?

Overall, how can I be successful and place well?

Thanks, open to clarifying on anything as well.
