MBA through Banks
Hey everyone, I’m considering going into IB and from what I’ve learned, most people come in as an analyst after a Bachelors degree in college. I also know that after 3ish years, most people get upgraded to an associate role, which is entry for Grad students. So, if one joins an IB as undergrad, is it common for them to fund a master’s degree like an MBA?
No, most people that stick around won't get an MBA. There are a couple of folks who leave for business school and come back but the firm won't pay for it.
